We regret to inform you that, as per confirmation received from the logistic team, we will not be able to arrange the pickup as there is no pick up facility available at your location.
Request you to ship the product back to us through any local courier (via road) and share the dispatch details for the same so that we can track the parcel.

It would take 4-5 working days to reach product at our warehouse. Once the product reaches to us, we shall process replacement.

Please be informed that courier receipt is essential to claim the reimbursement.
