[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — delivered the product which has no quality | |||||
My father had ordered 5 bed sheets for 999rupees. But they delivered the product which has no quality. It is available for very cheap price in open markets. It has only a value of 400 rupees approximately. When i called customer care, they told that they will not return it and they will not give my money. Also the lady who picked up the phone... Her behaviour was very rude. I want my money back. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
