[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — delivery charges without delivering | |
I be ordered for a 5bed sheets set n askd me to pay 400rs for delivery n parcel service called me askd me to collect from their office which is 15km away from my home in addition to the delivery charge i am paying. They threatened me saying unless i come over they will return the product. It's my second order. For my first order u made me a diamond member n the parcel guy did the same thing n returned the product without my knowledge. I called naaptol customer care they hung up on me twice nz third time they said i can go for legal action against the company. Wth?? Ur staffs themselves are fraud.. N we are getting cheated. I ve the voice recording of the staff asking me to take legal action. Such an irresponsible customer support. Was this information helpful? | |
