[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — drilling machine | |||||
I had ordered for drill machine. At first the delivery was not made on time. I got a call from customer care if i have received the product. I said i didn't after some days they managed to track it n delivered it at my home defective n the product was delivered in my father's hand. The package was damaged so immediately checked the product and filed complained within 24 hours. It's been passed one month i m falling customer care at first i asked for replacement of product but still not done. Now i already bought product from local dealer so i don't want it n i want my refund but the customer care says there will be delivered guy to pick up the product but still not done.
