My name is nilesh Thorat my mobile no. is [protected] I order the gate n shape xl from this number from your site on Date 12/04/2018 item id 12675 order no 46815459 invoice no 756L[protected] but product is not fit for me so i call the naaptol service [protected] to exchange the product with xxl size. your represnter told me it will change the product with in 4-5 working days.but nobody come or call me to pick up product .so I call again and this time represnter said our delivery courrier company and pick up courrier company is different so I am registered your complaint it will sort out 2-3 working days.But again same thing happened to me again and again till date.Today 24/4/18 I call again to naaptol this time i want to talk team leader or whatever head person to complaint about this it's take time to nearly 5 minutes. Once he come on to the line he also said same thing like other representatives and told me that it will take 5 to 7 days more to exchange products. And he disconnected the phone. on 25 th april naaptol call me and said iteam will pick in 48 hours but noboday come or call 27 april same thing happened repeat of call then message on 28 from naaptol your complaint no 3210 4439 within 4-5 working days from your doorstep(it is very famous dialogue)every time i call this answer is ready. so i call again and this time repeat mode some technical issue aa raha hai hamara delivery boy aap ke paas pahuch nahi paa raha hai nischint rahe agale 48 aa jayega product ready rakho .bhai main toh aap logo se refund ki maang ki hai kya?mujhe bas product xxl mein chahiye usake liye mera itana khoon jala diya aapane. Till date or upcoming month may or 2018 end tak to product aa jayenga ya nahi kya pata. is very frustrating to wait me every day to when and wich time pick up and deliver to me exchange product. So u plz resolved this problem. And one more important thing I will never ever order any products from the side in future. Your consumer call back system is not good. I call how many time i didn't know. Any representative or your site call me back it's can't worth it. My time and money spending personally I feel like totally wasteful. I had ordered watches on 24th April at my mummas house..today i went to collect my order .when i opened it lady watch was broken the strap was out and the back cover of the dial was out in the box.I will be highly obliged my money is refunded
