[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Fooling Customer on Order Shipment | |||
Hi, This is to inform that www.naaptol.com is cheating people like anything. I have placed an order for "Westinghouse Electric Steam Sterilizer" on 9th November 2014. The order number for the same is 11497187. They kept on increasing the date for delivery and it has not been received yet. Whenever I post a complain on their website, they close it immediately without even giving the solution. Now they say that the product has been shipped on 27th Nov 2014 but they do not have the tracking number for the item shipped. I want to understand how a shipment is possible without tracking number. This is clear case of cheating and fraud where they are unable to fulfil the order, hence taking excuses and prolonging the dates for delivery. The product ordered was not a luxury product but a necessity product for small baby. How can a service provider be so negligent on such part. Please check all the dates in the attached file. It still says that the delivery will happen by 11th Nov 2014. I request you to take immediate action on these people so that they don't do this to anyone else who is in need. Either they should not list the product on their portal or they should fulfill the commitment if they have listed the same. This is a crime against common people.
