Two complaints registered for my Order ID[protected]. Both complaints, with IDs 79248217 and 79248397 and were closed with no proper resolution. One of the customer support executives called me on 9th Aug with a promise to replace the product.

Before placing the order, earlier I checked if there was a return policy and I was told that it was possible to return and get the amount refunded.

All details are still available in WA naaptol chat.

Few customer support executives abruptly cut the call saying it's not possible. The amount for the product is not a big money but the frustration it can caused me is something unexplainable in dealing with this. Please return my money for the product and take it back
