[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — I have complaint against the product and your sales person | |||||
I have ordered one product, which i didn't like so i returned it and they gave me a voucher for that. Now i am trying to order another product using the voucher and they are asking me to pay more money as delivery charge. I don't want to pay unnecessary, i just want my money back else give me product of same worth not a penny more. Secondly, the salesperson, they are so rude and disrespectful. How can they treat a customer with who is taking your services and paying for that treat with so much disrespect. It is humiliting to talk to naptool salesperson.
