What support will you give? I just wanted to know, Is this a matter of fun or what? Do you have any idea of how you are making a customer a fool by selling these unworthy, useless products? I paid Rs.1999/- for a useless product and Rs.400/- for a poor and frustrating service. If you are so concerned about your customers, then take my complaint and feedback.It is a mere foolishness trusting the great and big brand "NAAPTOL". Please refund back my money and take back your product. I am confirming this only after making necessary possible trails to get resolve my problem.

Hello!!! Any one to act on this...bull service...sick...when you don't show your concern towards your customers then why did you said in the adds that if any problem comes then you will send your representative and solve your customer problems???? Stupid brand stupid service, fraud...you make fools out of customers....
I bought the product on 27.04.2018 by seeing the advert on naaptol channel on TV.
The Product was faulty. I registered a complaint vide complain No.32191875 on 27.04.2018.
The Problem with the product was that the thread was not picking up from the bobin, due to that it was not making the stitch on the fabrics.
I sent a first mail regarding this issue on 27.04.2017. I was assured by them that they will pick up the defective product in 4 to 5 days.
I have been waiting for that day to till day almost a month, that courier boy will come and take the defective product from my home.
But nobody came to take the product. I sent many mails and made many calls regarding this issue, each and every time I had been told that my product would be pickup in 4 to 5 days. I have never seen such mediocre online platform of selling the products. These 4 to 5 days turned in to the whole month but no-one came.
I do not have words to describe how horrible their service and products are.
I am writing this review to save the customer like me from these types of fraud and cheater.

Hi i am padmaja i got mini sweing machine 1 year ago invoice no vz1617/38732 tin [protected] date 08/03/2017 dont pick up lower bobbin thread needle so i cant use please give me customer services centers address or phone number.
