[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — naaptol online shopping complaint no.39790879 | |||
I have ordered a leather bag from naaptol company on aug 10 of 2019 complaint no[protected]. After the delivery i found that the bag size is too small with 3rd class quality so, i choose to return the product and ask naaptol representative to refund my amount in bank account than they are saying they will refund amount through cash voucher but i am told them i don't want to shop anything from naaptol i want neft to my bank account. I have continuously call to naaptol company but they didn't pick up my call. On[protected] mr. Dilip (Executive) call me & the company generated the cash voucher without my knowledge. However, he talked so rudely and directly said that the amount cannot be refunded back to your bank account because as per the company policy after that he's phone got switch off. As i see in your refund policy from online portal (Snapshot attached) there is clearly mention the amount is transfer in your bank account within 2 working days. I don't want cash voucher please transfer the amount in my bank account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
