[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — no refund once you purchase the product.. did they mention it? | |||
I found a damaged package, and now they say they ll replace it but won't return money. After that he says refund won't be in the bank account but in the form of a naptol voucher!! Seriously, why didn't they mention it on their policy? Why didn't they scream while advertising on tv? Please tell me how to deal with them. If there is any other way around?
