[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — non delivery as per their messages and calls | |||
I am a senior citizen and a health care provider with teaching life saving skills (Cpr) in different places On 29/9/2018, i placed an on line order for a pair of therapeutic slippers and naaptol confirmed delivery within 24/48 hours. After 2 days until today i received 5-6 telephone calls stating that the item will be delivered within 30mts, 1 hr, 2hrs and so on but no body came with the item until today. I unnecessarily waited, cancelled my teaching sessions, incurred loss of my daily earnings and wasted my valuable time. But why should i loose? For whose sake? And who is responsible? Just because i wanted to buy some item on line, this is the punishment? They have no respect and value for our valuable hours and days. Through this complaint/message, i wish to create an awareness on our public friends, not to trust any on line shopping centre, otherwise you will loose time, money etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
