Sir/mam please help me out from these fraud Naaptol. I have shopping from Naaptol on 3 july for beg set and i received the product on 8 July but product quality is very cheap and and size is too small and they said its water proff but its actually not. I have received call from Naaptol on next day they ask me to send my bank details i have sent them and then next day they again call me and ask for my govt id i have also sent and then they ask a hend written note for refund i also send it but till now i have not received any refund and when i call to Naaptol customer care they talk me badly and said we can not refund you and cut the call.
