We bought mist fan of rs. 6000 which is useless. We raised complaint and returned the product within 48hrs. Even asking for refund of amount they are taking too much time and asking to take voucher to buy their worthless and useless products. We want refund of rs.6000. If you can not do this then we want this statement from your side in written. Further we will contact to consumer forum and do the process accordingly.
