Hi, this is in regards to below complaint for which I am looking forward to have a solution. I am not satisfied with the product delivered as it’s not as per shown in the TV show of yours. I wanted to have a refund for the same and would like to return the item. How can your colleague behave in such a rude way when I am suffering loss cause of the item delivered to me and your team says problem has been resolved or closed successfully. Let me tell you one thing very clearly that it’s not solved and I am not happy with what is delivered to me. Kindly take an action and resolve it.

Complaint.no.33294715 dtd. 27.06.18...received faulty product...called customer care many times but no action till date nor the product is changed nor the technician came to check the product...worst service
