[Resolved]  Naaptol Online Shopping — Poor quality magnetic bluetooth refund not recd

I have received poor quality megnetic blutooth and for it when I ask for its refund they told that amount will not refund your voucher will be prepared and can be adjusted in another product, now they are not taking order for new items, really it's a hrassament by naaptol and very poor quality of products I recd two products and both quality is so poor to accept
