[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — product not getting returned | |||
Team, i ordered 3 saree peices valuing rs 1000 on 28th may. However, the material is not as per my expectations and thus have called your executive for the same to be returned. However, one of your executive "pinky" talked so rudely and directly said that the product can't be returned as if she herself stipulates the company's policy. As per your policy, i understand that same can be returned if customer is not satisfied with the garment quality. Thus, please return the same on priority and please intiate necessarily action against pinky your executive and teach her proper demeanor and save your reputation from nipping in the bud.
