I have placed an order at naaptol.com order id[protected]. After receiving the product i saw that the condition of the product is so poor. So, i call to naaptol regarding the return process and i told them that i want the refund of my money as soon as possible but they denied. They did not give any response to me. They inform while placing order that they shall refund in case the product is not liked by the customer and later when we ask for refund they show policy of issuing refund voucher instead of issuing refund.
Better complaint against such websites in consumer forum.
