[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — refund not received | |||
I had ordered for set of bags. Which was delivered at my place on cash on delivery. I had paid the money and taken the delivery, the product is not similar to display on the television also the quality is inferior. Hence i had asked for return of goods and refund. After 4 days the delivery boy had taken back the goods. While contacting naaptol for refund, the customer care had informed that your money had credited which will be used for next purchase and no money refund will be given. As per refund policy, naaptol team will approach after 7 days to get the account number where the funds will be refunded. Is anyone will look into this and arrange for refund.
