[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — regarding return of product due to low quality and deviation from description | |||
I have purchased a product from Naaptol. the Product's Order ID is 13026533. I paid the cost through online transfer. The product that had been delivered to me has very low quality as compared to the descriptions. Also, there are deviations between actual delivered product and the descriptions. I had called naaptol customer care around 10 times to tell me the process for returning the item and get the refund. But to my surprise, they told me each time that I would get a call within 24 hours and then I would be informed about the whole process. I never got that call. I got fed up of calling and re iterating the issues. Plaese do the needful. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
