Naaptol Online Shopping — return defective product
Hi My Name is Anupam Mathur ph. [protected]
I had ordered a sewing machine almost a month ago. The part was defective and I wanted to return the said product.
Its been a month and I have been calling almost daily.
- Customer Care are rude
- Customer Care Cut the phone as soon as they hear I want to return the product
- Few of the call did go through and they have made false promises of return being done in 24hrs.
