I have on last week of june 2017 booked one sweing machine thru naptao
Who in turn informed tat by 3rd of july it will be delivered but by the delivery
Date it was not delivered and told the order is cancelled and fresh is booked which will be delivered on 13th july, which also they could not do and informed
That the courier could not deliver same and again cancelled. On enquiry
I was told that the order is cancelled and booked again which will be deliverrf
On 24/26th july 17 and again it was not deliverd and send a message that
Courier could not deliver same as home/shoo is closed.
In fact 24 hours people are in the house and they never turned down to my
House for attempting delivery and they were not even bothered to call me prior to delivery attempt.
It is clearly understood that naptol is trying to fool customers like this so many have experienced this type of behaviour.
Now naptol is unable to supply the items ordered but giving false promises only. Was this information helpful? |
