Hi, i ordered a sewing machine from naaptol. But i didn't like the machine as it's not tailored for my convenience so i requested them to take it back. Despite of me being very clear on this, they were beating around the bush and were not initiating the return process. Then after few days they told me that according to company policies we can't return your product as it's been more than 48 hours of your delivery. According to basic return policies, a company provides minimum return period of at least 10 days and they said it's 48 hours. And therefore i can't digest the fact that it's true. So i kindly request you to look into this matter.
Also when i asked them for the copies of company policies regarding return process they said it's confidential, which is again something conflicting as the customer must know the return policies. Was this information helpful? |
Apart from that they sell customer info to scamster and claim bogus gifts.
