[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — the roti maker I purchased through naaptol | |||
I purchased from Naptol a Roti maker. I took delivery of the product from the nearby post office on 25th September2017. When I found fault with the product within a few days I complained and the product was replaced with a even worse dented, scratched (paint lost) and rusty product on 24 October 2017. Though I lodged a complaint with Naptol via phone for refund of money no action has yet been taken. At this rate I will be prompted to approach consumer protection forum.
