I received a call from Balaji in Naaptol, he explained an offer to me where he said I've been selected for a special offer. The offer was for a air cooler which is generally sold for Rs. 5000 is being offered for Rs.1500. I asked him to send me the product details and I'll decide after looking at it. He asked me do you confirm that you want to know about this product, I answered yes and he asked for my pincode and said it is required to send me the SMS with the product details link. I gave him my pincode and clearly told him do not place the order on my behal[censored]ntil I see the product. He said the order will be placed after I see the product and confirm it. He disconnected the line and I got the SMS, I logged into Naaptol and under orders I can see the product. I have been trying to cancel the order. The cancel button in the website and app doesn't do anything. I called the customer care twice, first time I was told the order is cancelled but it'll take an hour to show as cancelled in the website. That did not happen. The next time I called them he said "it cant be cancelled, refuse to accept the delivery whenever it is delivered". Both times I asked for a reference number or complaint number that I can followup on. They disconnected the call. I dont want this product delivered to me at all.
