Complaint Details : Company- naaptol.com Type Of the Product- utensils set Order no.[protected] Date of Ordering- 18/09/2016 Amount Paid- rs. 2898/- (cod) Problem Details- as per consumer he purchased utensils set from naaptol.com on 18/09/2016 and its delivered on 21/09/2016 when he open the box he saw product quality is very poor then he call in naaptol.com cc regarding this concern then 28/09/2016 company pick -up his product and amount will refund shortly after 1 week he got a message from naaptol.com that is your vocher code you can do shopping in naaptol.com but he want amount refund in his a/c . expected - what i do regarding this concern .
