[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Voucher issued against cancellation has expired before expiry period

Customer support executive wrongly committed that the voucher issued will be valid for 1 year but found it got expired when tried placing order in 11th month from the issue date of voucher.
Please either reactivate the voucher or issue new voucher.

For your reference, cancelled order no. 24689277
Tried to place the order with voucher on 12th july 2017 and message displayed the message voucher expired.

Naaptol is a fraud, scam site founded by fraudster -Manu Agarwal & Mohamed Khan got funding money from Mitsui Japan and making Indian customers fool. I would advise to do social shaming in all site except their website, official naaptol facebook mouthshut, bcoz they will promptly remove all negative review. Getting refund from Naaptol is next to impossible after getting the fake products from them.If at all you get is their Naaptol voucher to buy product again from Naaptol.It is like buying another ticket for Hell !

I had got a call on 6th July 2017 that I won a Tata safari. I have to pay 12600 and after that I will get my prize. Is it true. What will we do. If it is fake then take a strong action against such type of persons. Where they get our name and address which we gave when we place the order at naaptol.
