[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — wifi smart net camera | |||
I received a box with dish washing bar soap instead of the camera. I have paid 3000/- for the same. I called the team in hopes of a quick response but to no avail. They did not give me any confirmation of a filed complaint. The order was placed on 7th february through a tv ad they displayed on their channel called naaptol. It was supposed to be a wifi connected cctv camera but instead we got only a soap in the shipment box. Please resolve this matter immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
