I am Mosa Vijay kumar purchased the product "Zen Z-90 (Black)" on 23/01/2014 from your website. I received the mobile today i.e 28/01/2014.

The piece you have delivered is not in a working condition, though i re-inserted the battery and switched on, the mobile didn't start-up. I am very upset with this.

I have raised compliant against the subjected order id by customer care and i was provided with the compliant Id: 5663310

Please consider this mail as urgent and solve my issue. I anticipate your immediate action.
