[Resolved]  Naaptol — Worst service provided

I orderd a product in naaptol 15 days before and after 15 days they are calling and telling like product is not available and even in between 15 days when we call customer care executive they even don't know the product status its locations nothing details about the product.and finally kept status like amount refunded in order tracking page and even money also not refunded.one of the worst shopping site ever seen.please any one don't purchase any thing from naaptol
