Naari Vastram — very cheap company cheating the customer

I ordered saree from this website naari vastram. Before ordering i confirmed from the retailer if return is available. They confirmed that it was available. I received a cheap quality product and paid for this order via cash on delivery. I tried calling them and texted them to return my product but they did not answer my call.
I hope someone will take serious action against them
