They sent complete different products
My mother ordered 3 sarees form narivastra which is worth 6500 .I pay cash on delivery but I got very different sarees which total worthless and cheap quality.i return in postal service but I don't get my money back till now I send no of msg emails but they don't responded any one of them

I had ordered two sarees from vastram. I received my order today, I got some different product compared to the given image. Also, the sarees are looking very cheap with a very a low quality. I don't want this product anymore. I am extremely unhappy and want to return it and want a refund asap.

I had ordered yellow printed silk saree of Nari Vastra. But received different colour saree which is not worth of rs. 1549.

I have sent mail many times and given complaint even to what's app number. But no response.
I have to return the saree.
Request not to deduct any shipping charges, as wrong supply is your company mistake....

I had ordered a, lehenga from avirat vastram. The original image was bottle green and red and when i received the product yesterday the lehenga i received was green and pink. The dupatta is torn and the material is horrible. The lehenga i received is not the same as the original image the size is, also incorrect. I am extremely unhappy and want to return it and want a refund.

I ordered saree from this website naari vastram. Before ordering i confirmed from the retailer if return is available. They confirmed that it was available. I received a cheap quality product and paid for this order via cash on delivery. I tried calling them and texted them to return my product but they did not answer my call.

I ordered lehanga worth 1799 rupees from naari vastram. Before ordering i confirmed if return is available. I received it. It was with the poor and cheap quality i have ever seen. I contacted for returning the item but they never responded. I called and pined them more than 100 times. If i ping them for buying new lehanga they are responding and if say that i should returny product they are not replying being online. I'm not all satisfied with the customer service.. The worst quality and service.

I had ordered lehenga choli from naari vastram (Order no. Is $3635) and it was delivered to me on saturday (20.04.2019). I would like to return the product as it was not up to my expectations and was of cheap quality and i paid for this order via google pay.
I've been calling them and e-mailed them, but they are not receiving my calls, neither replying to my e-mail. Also there is no option to request for a return on the website.
I want an acceptance of my request for return and arrange for a pick up from where the product was shipped.

I have ordered 2soft silk sarees and 1lehanga choli from naarivastram.in .Today I got the order but the items are totally different from what I ordered and cheap looking. My order was Cash on delivery ND amount is 4899 rupees. .I tried calling the number printed on parcel but no response.I WhatsApp them, again no response.I want my money back. Kindly look into the matter.Please have a look at pictures also.Feeling cheated
