I balappa s/o pakeerappa chinakar tq gurumitkal dist yadgir 585201 appiled online obc certificate on 6th april 2019.
Stil today its not done as per the gov rule
They take 21 days from datedate of applid date even though digitilasation its too latie
To getteing certificate its argent for me to get certificate please help me reslove issue
