[Resolved]  Nadakacheri — surviving family members certificate rejection

I had applied for surviving family members certificate through online using nadakacheri website karnataka with the requested information. Nadakacheri website gave me the acknowledgement. Everyday i frequently checked the status of my application. Yesterday as on dated[protected] the status was application pending with deputy thashildar for digital signature but the next day as on dated[protected] i got two status of my application
1. Surviving family members certificate rejected when logged in and ched
2. Application pending with deputy tahsildar for digital sigining when went through the following pdf ajskfaqs. Pdf from https://nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in/AJSK/Assets/Documents/AJSKFAQs.pdf (Section 3. How to check reason for rejection?). I don't get the proper reason for my rejection
