I have given TC as proof for getting my caste certificate still they have rejected stating that caste related documents not given.

In Uttar Kannada District Yellapur City- 581359, Revanu Officer and Tahashildar Officer accepted Fake Birth Certificate from Fake parents of the child and issued Cast and income Certificate.

Knowing the fake birth certificate is used still officers not blocked the certificate and it is violation of IT ACT 2000 and Punishable under IT ACT 2000 Section 74.

And also cheating to Child by changing mother father name illegally will cause unnecessary mental suffer and creulty on child. Cruelty on child will be Punishable under JJ ACT2015 CL 75.

Kindly take the quick legal action against the officer who accepted fake Birth Certificate and given the Cast-Income certificate in which fradulantly mother and father names are charged illegally.

I have uploaded the Aadhaar card as a proof of Address, but when I check the status it says - ವಿಳಾಸದ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ (‘ADDRESS PROOF NOT PROVIDED’).
Why is Aadhar card not considered as address proof for this application.

I have filled online application for EWS certificate in nadakacheri portal and completed all the essentials. But while submitting documents in nadakacheri they are telling it is not logging in. Please tell me the way how I to log in ortell me the way to cancel the application so that I can reapply

I have applied family tree certificate in online last month, but they rejected due to improper document

But now on 03.02.21 I applied in hardcopy in taluk office but I have not given any ration card I have given adhaar card of my family members and a death certificate

But after the final family tree what I have got was they shown I have provided ration card n there is no ration card number and the death certificate what I have produced also mentioned as ration card, then it proves that the death person also leaving in family

So I want to raise compliant

Kailancha nada kacheri ramanagaram taluk & dist not respond to the customer they are told like lunch time, after lunch taking a rest after that they are act like taking the print .and they didnt give the acknowledgement number and they are told like give the acknowledgement form but i given tje no but there not respond and they are not open the office in time .they are using the mobile phone for personal use like playing the songs.

As I have applied for my caste and income through online.
As it states I made payments too but now I can check the status of my application by entering the ack no I have got.
I even contacted the consultant informed about my complaint too, but there's no feedback from them.

Officers working in this department are not puntual to the work. These are working for public service and shame to say that they are not on there seat, irregular, not responsible and work is not done here at first instance, thry jus simply say this documeng is missing and again if we go with that document, ### some other document is missing. Give them money they ll do it without any documents. Higher administration is not keeping there attendence, what for they say we are in public service?? Where is DM? What are collectors doing, if they cannot monitor there employees how will theh monitor Nation !
Hatsoff to the level of pateince our general public is having . Hatsoff to the output given from nadakacheri!!

I had applied for attestation of family tree on 15th October.
But even after nearly 10 days no status has been changed.
From 1st day its showing status 'Application Pending With NK Case Worker for Receive from RI'.
Not sure it will change status or application will be processed even after due date that is '05-Nov-2020'.

I have been trying to apply for ews certificate under caste section. After filling details and uploading certificates. I am being redirected to esign stage.

But there i am unable to see any section to fill my aadhaar number for esign instead i am getting failed transaction or esign page is empty (Blank page is being displayed).

There is an issue with nadakacheri office for release of certificate. Please send me email and i shall send you the details for follow up.

I applied for hk quota certificate on 20th jan 2020, online. I uploaded all the requirements like birth certificate, aadhar card, study certificates (Required format), driving license, voter id, pass book, recent photos, etc. The due date was 28th feb 2020. But on 28th feb they rejected the certificate saying i didn't upload study certificate, even though i did. I complained about this to their email - [protected]@gmail.com. But they didn't respond. I have my neet-pg counselling in march 2020. Now if i reapply it will take more than 1 month and my counselling will be completed. Who should be held response for this?

Dear sir, i have online applied agriculture certificate and i have uploaded necessary supporting documents on 28 dec 2019. I have submitted all documents physically also at nadakacheri office, but last 4 days its showing same status rd003 — [protected] application pending with nk case worker for receive from ri. So i went to nadakacheri office, i asked him what is problem he i sent your file to ri but he didn’t return with approval. I went to ri office 30 kilometers i asked him, sir what is is a problem with my request mr sanjay phone number [protected]`he said i didn’t receive your file. Again i printed all papers and rtc copy adharcard, i gave to him he said bring stamp paper with notary and mention what purpose you need certificate i brought stamp paper gave to him then he said bring family trees then i gave family trees. I gave family trees certificate then he said think about us also i said what then he said come on monday. Sir i am single land owner of land district bidar taluka bhalki hobli khatakchicholi sarve # 224*2 i have adharcard same land address proof but still he is torturing only for money 7 jan my certificate will automatic reject. So can you look in this matter.

Am from devadurga taluk dist raichur pin 584111... Since from last week am trying to get to obc certificate the case worker samad is taken the amount 200 and yet is asking the 500 amount for only caste certificate.. I have recording also.. Pls kindly take the action against him... The whole system of nadakacheri is fully currupted... Almost everyone is taking too much amlount

As my daughter is in 10th std and have to endorse the caste into the cumulative certificate, i had approached the nadakacheri office at varthur few month back, the moment my documents reached their office at hal quarters. The staff called me and asked me to meet him.. He said the charges will be close to rs 2500 for which i was not ready as i have submitted all the proofs as they had informed.. But at the end, it was rejected... Saying the proofs submitted are not matching. Again i went and met the staff and asked him what was the problem for rejection, then he again asked me to resubmit the application.. This time i had affixed my salary slips of the present company and also the ppo (Pension pay order and the bank statement copy for this pension) and the moment, it reached the hal office, he gave me a miss call and as i had saved it, i came to know whose call was that and then i called him back and reached his office.. He again was diverting the discussion by saying many other reasons.. For which i was not keen and told him that what ever the documents that is required, i will fulfill but i need this as the school wants this document to endorse the caste.. (But unfortunately again it is rejected. Am affixing the screen shot of the reason for rejection.. I just wanted to understand, if a person wants some thing from the government genuinely, what should we do.. How should we go about it..

I had applied for obc certificate. But that irresponsible staff did many mistakes while typing my name and when i told her mistakes immediately, they told that they will correct it and when certificate came, the mistakes were as such. When we asked about that, they told to apply for the certificate once again as if it was our mistake. Since i am staying in different place and my parents went to collect the certificate. They told them to bring the all documents of mine once again. Since the documents are with me, now i have to wait till i go to surathkal to apply once again and i have to wait 21 days to get the certificate.in between if i need the certificate, i have bear with the certificate that has mistakes because of irresponsible staff in surathkal nadakacheri. While she was taking my application also, that lady was busy with her phone, checking whatsapp, sharing location and continuously telling us to wait all the time.

Stil today its not done as per the gov rule
They take 21 days from datedate of applid date even though digitilasation its too latie
To getteing certificate its argent for me to get certificate please help me reslove issue

To reprint income caste certificate service fee 28. 5/- deducted from my account, i received message also, but i couldn't able to complete transaction page, i didn't receive any certificate due to some error in screen. I tried to contact helpline of naadakacheri, they didn't receive my call. So please help me to solve this issue.

I had been applied for caste certificate in the month of October 2018 at nadakacheri but they rejected my application after 26days by giving the reason as lack of documents.

On December 12th 2018, I applied again in Nadakacheri website with additional documents and I received the Acknowledge number RD[protected].
I kept on checking the status almost every day, while checking the status it showed "your application has been accepted". At 4pm on Jan 7th 2019 it showed "your application is at the stage of getting tahasildar's digitalised signature", an hour later it showed "your application has been rejected".

If my application is rejected, why should they've accepted it earlier and wasted my 26days of time. That too rejecting without any proper reason.

Kindly any higher officials please take action against these type of issues and the officials who are all responsible for this negligence, as there are many complaints which are similar to mine.

Very bad experience. From jigani nadakacheri near to govt kannada school jigani i went to make income and caste certificate i went 2 clock and waited 5.30 pm. when the office closed they are 2 counters there one lady and one gents one counter closed saying that server slow close gents one and busy with brokers i.mean agents and lady counter people standing in que the agents going inside inthe office peoples are standing for long she is doing agent work taking bribe and telling for customers server slow hopeless lady this real experience plz higher authorities or tahulsildar go and visit there see what they are doing making customers hell hopelesd experience they are nt doing govt work taking salary from people doing work agents for extra money plz take a action against them go and see as a customer you will come now the truth experience higher authorizes remove those kind staff. Kindly fix cct v camera near entrance and watch and see u will come now the truth

Hello as i applied for caste certificate and uploaded all documents even with old caste certificate and every time 15 rs deducted and it took almost 1 months but every time at end showing rejected... Want to enquire regard in bhadravathi taluk. Necessary action should be taken for this kind of nonsense happening. I need to know for what the reason the certificate is getting rejected.

For whom you have launched this nonsense website. Really big fraud thinks can happiness only in karnataka government.

I really dont know, is some baby at least monitoring this waste website tofraudd the people.

I applied for obc cirtificate 3 times, 1st time they rejected without giving reason 2 nd time also rejected after that 3rd time i went to ward office & i complained & i applied again there only even though no response simply they are wasting our time... For rejecting the application they should give some valid reason simply they will reject. I already took 2 times obc cirtificate on 2014 &2016 but this time it was worst expierience

Respected sir, i had followed the rules of government of karnataka shown in there website of paperless certificate by uploading the original proof through scaned pdf format in there website. But sir i had not yet received the income and caste certificate since i had filed the application on 13 feb 2018 one month passed away but no result. Sir i had paid 15/-rs fee amount to revenue department through my husband's debit card. Why to submit physical documents. So kindly i request to issue the certificate as early as possible. Dear sir, i had applied for income and caste certificate for my son through online website of nadakacheri and even i had scanned all the document and uploaded the files with payment of rs 15/-. I had generated an acknowledgement rd number also. Since till it had not yet issued. Its showing application is not in print stage.

I did any inquiry regarding this paperless certificate of applying online. Even i had upload my scanned document than also they are not ready to give certificate we need to go physically also. What is the use of submitting online. I request government of karnataka to go through this problems which an citizen is facing in there life of physical document submitting option. Please i request to go far pure online procedure.

Everything works really well but when uploading documents it doesnt work at all, one of the worst website. May be the website is been hacked by govt officials or something is fishy hopeless digital india. Again need to go to the place where a bunch of # are working, need to bribe and get the work done as usual. Is desh ka kuch nahi hoga. Nouse.
