Nagar NIgam Aligarh — House tax bill incorrect

My house tax bill is not correct, I have allready pay bill till March 2022 but new bill show arrear Rs- 76550 and big mistake are last year annul value are 7711, and now annual value is 70200 /. Please check tha bill
