Dear sir,
I have applied for birth certificate of my daughter shanu saxena d/o sri J.p saxena through my representative Mr lalit kumar an employee of BSNL as I was previously working in BSNL Aligharh completing all formalities which are required for obtaining a birt certificate but it is a matter of concern that nothing has been heard in this regard as my representative has fallen ill and could not attend the office of nagar nigam/ municipal commissioner as the case may be, it is therefore requested to kindly look in to the matter and arrange to forward the same at the given address as indicated therein in application, thanks

In front of my house someone collect so much garbage there and no one of your employe pick it up . Due to the garbage there is very bad smell spreading and there are lot of germs and bacteria .

I want to inform that infront of hindu school achal tal, aligarh. Here street lights are not working well. Which causes fear in the night because there is darkness all over the road.

I want to inform that in front of hindu school achal tal, aligarh there is a blockage of drain since many days. It creates a problem in living properly because it smells very bad and causes diseases. So i request you to clear the blockage as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that there is vacant plot in my locality (In front of dinesh vijay vargiya) which become garbage point and public throw there garbage over there and because of which residents of the locality are facing many problems like bad smell, risk of many diseases
Sir i request you to kindly look into the matter and take an appropriate step

Dear sir, there is a street in baraula jafarabad anshik in middle which is not getting constructed by nagar nigam. Even the road in outer have been constructed but middle in area two streets are left. Officers told that these streets are not maped in there work contract. I have already complained before to nagar aayukt. But non any action taken by any officer. I am sending the copy of my last complaint as a photo. Please take is seriously. Sir,
Tell me first why the nagar nigam worker's not do there job properly, i am live in dori nagar which is also come in nagar nigam service but any single worker not come hare, some unplanned naalas near my home which is very dangerous for human life. If you are really a public servant and want your city clean and environmental friendly do your job in proper way otherwise the anger in the middle class people become volcano. So i kindly request you please do your job in proper way and send your some worker to investigate the problem i our Area and try to solve it.

Hamare yaha katra street main.. Mere ghar k samne ek pilot hai. Jisme boundary nahi hai. Jiske wajah se yha ke log us pilot par apne ka kuda or gandgi yhi kar kar rahe hain. Jiski wajah se yha rehne main logo ko kafi problems create ho rahi hain. Pehle bhi nagar nigam main iski compliant ki gai hai. Lkin koi kadam nahi uthaya gaya abhi tak.

Attention: NAGAR NIGAM ALIGARH I intend to inform you that Jamia Urdu Road is most sensitive in Aligarh and this area is on criminals’ constant targets and from very serious to small crimes have taken place here. These criminals are taking advantage of darkness on this road due to very poor arrangement of street light. This road is 70% dark at night as LEDs are fixed up in improper way recently. Details are as under. 1-Since your Dept.has fixed up LEDs it has never worked on some poles and no official from your Dept.has come to check up working condition of newly installed LED.The attached Photograph No1, depicts clear and full details mentioned on photo of one Pole 2- The attached Photograph No.2 gives clear view of other pole whereby LED is fixed up with out connecting with power supply cable In order to make the better light arrangement on this Road, LEDs watt on these Poles must be increased from to 20 Watt to 80Watt, keeping in view distance between two poles are too much as per attached two photographs concerning two poles, Two LEDS may be fixed up on each Pole facing to both direction of Road. This will overcome the existing darkness. Please be informed that I have made several requests on Tele Phone and some people from our neighbour have also visited you Dept. informing to respective official about the newly installed LEDs above cited problem but our all efforts proved futile. I trust that you will take an early action on this matter

dear sir, mai Naurangabad G.T. road Aligarh -u.p.-india se hu, aur pichle bahut salo se aapke news peper ka niymit reader aur prasansak raha hu, mai aapka dhyan Nagar Nigam ki karya pranali par laana chahata hoon, pichle 2-3 maheeno se Naurangabad G.T. road par Atikramad ke sath sath naale ka nirmad kiya ja raha hai, smasyaa yah hai ki jagah (ved palace doboul tower waali building ,naurangabaad G.T. road aligarh) par naale ka nirmad bahut hi bure dhang se kiya gaya hai jiske karan naale ka sara ganda paani building ke under grownd main bhar raha hai,jisase building k girne ki aashanka hai aur iske parinaam swaroop aas -paas ki building ke girne ka bhi dar hai,aur samasya grast building par do telicom tower bhi hai , aap se nivedan hai ki nagar nigam ki laparwaahi ko aap prakashit kare,jisase ki nagar nigam is samasyaa par dhyaan de aur is samasyaa ka samadhan kare.
