Nagar NIgam Aligarh — street construction not done by govt. employees

Dear sir, there is a street in baraula jafarabad anshik in middle which is not getting constructed by nagar nigam. Even the road in outer have been constructed but middle in area two streets are left. Officers told that these streets are not maped in there work contract. I have already complained before to nagar aayukt. But non any action taken by any officer. I am sending the copy of my last complaint as a photo. Please take is seriously.
