Nagar Nigam Bhopal — Sewerage chamber blockage in every 15 days

I live in Custom Colony, Kolar road Bhopal
There is a new sewerage line which got installed few months ago. There is no news of when it will start. Only the answer which comes is soon.
I am facing issue due to sewerage pipe blockage. Also I am not been provided the chamber in front or any near to 30 feet distance. That's why the builder constructed a new small one at the time of house construction in 2009. It gets blocked every 15 days not only because it is small but because the level is not given properly. It causing so much hygienic issues because sometime waste water start coming from kitchen chamber inside house and from toilet. I have not received any permanent solution from nagar nigam. Earlier they sent some workers to increase the depth of the current chamber but it is made of RCC so workers said they can't do it further. So they tried to cut the end pipes of the chamber which was earlier punctured from center. Anyways, issue keeps repeating in every 15 days sometimes even before. We shifted from a apartment in delhi to a house build on plot in bhopal. Now regretting that why we moved and should have sold this property. I have to plan for septic tank with soak pit if problem continues further which is costing me around 80, 000 rupees. There is only way if nagar nigam creates a new chamber in front of my house by modifying the current one. I am ready to pay for it. Though, the new line is already installed but not yet started. I was informed by AHO, Madhusudhan Tiwari ji that once new chamber gets operational, this problem will not occur. But the questions is when it will start. Till then, what is the solution. We want to ease our living in bhopal and when a sewage problem is there, my family's health is at stake. We can't be mentally happy. We deserve to live in a good hygienic conditions. I request Nagar Nigam to kindly look into my matter and take necessary action.
