1. My self Anusuya Soni Widow of Late Shri K D Soni residing in 66 A Mahabali Nagar Kolar Road Bhopal (M.P.), which comes under ward number : 80 and zone No: 18 of Nagar Nigam Bhopal.
2. I have deposited my water charges bill (Amount: 2160.00) on line for year 2020-21 on 13 Apr 2020 vide consumer number [protected] and service number: [protected]. Receipt is enclose with this application and can be check on line on your portal.
3. Now again for same period water charges bill given to me with different consumer number ([protected]) and service number ([protected]).
4. Please Resolve the issue.
