Nagar Nigam Katni — i'm complaining about debris in front of my shop

Because of some construction work in my shop, there are little debris collected outside my shop. I have already told many officers of nagar nigam regarding but nothing happen, i just want that nagar nigam should take my debris from the road and i m ready to pay any cost or any challan if necessory...
