I am a resident of 585 sector 4 shastri nagar Meerut. Water that is supplied to us is in very bad condition. It contains sand, mud, and is black in colour with foul smell. It seems like it is mixed with drain water. It can't be used even for bathing or washing clothes or hands. It chocks our taps every other day. It can't be used for drinking.
