I'm resident of your locality,
Would like to highlight the nuisance caused by street dogs in our locality. They keep barking day and night. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. Bitten a lots of children. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. A few of the dogs look diseased and have the potential to transmit disease.
Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take action at the earliest.
