Nagar Nigam — Street dogs

I live in indira nagar Lucknow . i want to complaint about some wild street dogs, they are 5 to 6 in numbers, They disturb alot by barking throughout the day and night. there are my exams and i have to study in night, but by the barking of dogs i am not able to do . it's my humble request to take a strict action on them. contact me on my mob number [protected]. i have registered complaints in nagar nigam 6 times..but no one came from there to take any action.
