Nagar Nigam — Water logging leading to hazardous disease

This is to highlight the issue which has been pending since so long and multiple complaints have been filed already but issue has not been sorted yet.
On one hand we talk of clean Gwalior green Gwalior, and on another hand we are ignorant about the issues we are facing here.
The problem of water logging in front of house is giving born to multiple diseases- like malaria, typhoid etc and leading to health hazards. My parents living here at Vinay Nagar Sector 3 are Senior Citizens, and they are falling Ill due to this water logging in front of house, we want a proper road or cemented area in front of house asap, otherwise this matter will be escalated to social media and Nagar Nigam will be of no use then. I am highly disappointed and angry with the service of Nagar Nigam here. The person who comes from outstation feels like not to stay more than 1 day here, because of diseases and bad road infrastructure in front of house.
Just because Nagar Nigam is not paying attention to this matter, my parents themselves have poorly put stones in front of house to stop it.
What if an MLA, or any political person comes here, then you will make road in one day. This is not at all acceptable.
Request you to send someone as soon as possible, otherwise this matter will be escalated to the higher authorities and will drag on social media about the services of Nagar Nigam.
