Nagar Nigam — Water on road

I am living in Madhav Puram, sector 1, Street no.4, Meerut
Here the dirty water is leaking on the road from previous 10-15 days. Now the problem is so severe that whole road is covered with water. People are doing complains but nothing happening.
No one is coming from nagar nigam team.
Kindly do something to resolve this issue faster.
