Nagarjuna Construction Company [Ncc] — NCC urban one project Hyderabad

We were to be given hand over by October month 2022, but the project is delayed and seeing the current situation it will take more than two months. We were told by the builder initally that in case of delay we don't have to worry about the EMI the builder will take care of that .
But now we are being asked to pay the EMI without getting the handover. we require immediate action of some one . Please help
