Sir I am resident of new colony, Sadar, 440001. There are so many stray dogs barging the streets that it has become impossible to take our per for a walk. There are more than 20 dogs and they keep on barking at night which is another concern. I request you to please take some action. It’s a danger not only to the pets in the area but also to children and other people.

26, Jaywant Nagar, Behind Abhay Nagar have been left to live with an open gutter inside my house.
2 weeks back there had been a major issue of sewage blocking in many residents of our area. Working on the complaint, nmc guys had to open gutter lid at my house as other residents have illegal completely closed the chambers in their respective plots. While opening the gutter, nmc workers found that lid is already broken and also chamber wall are near to collapse which requires immediate repair. Following up with corporator it came to our knowledge that the contractor is not willing to construct it who is so adamant that he is not even listening to the corporator. Forget about our as resident's say.
I have grandson of 1.5 years age who keeps roaming around house and we fear of he by mistake falling into the open chamber and might lead to severe problem. Apart from that there is smell and unhyginic conditiom, we are forced to live in and this is really not acceptable in area like jaywant nagar in nagpur to happen.
I request officials to look into the matters at the earliest before any agony happens.

It might lead to accident in case of rain or waterloage.
Kindly requesting you to repair the same.

Dengue patients and mosquitoes are identified in Adhyapak Nagar, Manewada Area. Spray required medicines to kills the mosquitoes. Spread medicines at least for one week daily to eradicate it.

In Adhyapak Nagar, Manewada locality there is lot of mud on roads. It is causing bikes and cycles slippage. It is causing severe injuries to people. Please clean asap.

Kindly take immediate action against the stray dogs playing havoc through out the day and night and risk of biting the residents. It's been since a month . We are facing a lot of problems . Therefore request you to kindly send the van to pick them . There are nearly six dogs. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

The one is appointed as a new officer in Laxmi Nagar Zone Mr. Kamble, came late today around 1 when we had given the time of 11. and rejecting everyone’s Register marriage certification. He is asking for parents should be present as the witness. But in the hindu marriage act 1954, it was mentioned that there can be anyone as a witness friend, colleague, family member. In the act it is not stated that parents should present. This officer wasting time of everyone. Speaking arrogantly without proper knowledge of any law. Pls look into this issue. It would be helpful for everyone.

There are so many street dongs in our area of Aradhana Nagar, Behind Shahu Samaj Lawn, Manewada-Besa Road, Nagpur. They making nu sense in the area by barking and running alk over the area. Also this is causing accidents on roads. We have fear of even biting to the residents of the locality.

Kindly take the necessary action on this on immediate basis and same will a great help in our area.

On 15.07.2021 i have done online payment Rs 2377 on your official site twice but both time money is deducted from my account but receipt is not generated showing error on site.

My property tax index is 75022236A051.

Our neighbours started construction 2 months back and have been causing unnecessary problems ever since. Since the construction is on a small space, the cement, rocks and other construction materials keeping falling at our place and they're not even ready to clean it or take responsibility for it. Sometimes the workers even climb to our house without permission and work. It has caused us immense mental hassle as they even resort to fights everyday even if we tell them to keep their construction materials to their side. It is my sincere request to take appropriate action against them.

I TUSHAR BHAGWAN KULKARNI on 7th July submitted my house municipal tax online but it was shown that it was not deducted and again I tried to submit and Rs 19560/- deducted twice from my account sir for my house index no is[protected]
both of the time after on line payment receipt was not generated so on next day I visited to office and collected both the receipts and submitted a application for one amount refund.

In view of the above may kindly help me for refunding of one amount which was deducted inadvertently because on line receipt is not generated

Subject :- Related to the Cement Road Construction Going blocking my Entry for more than a week.

Dear Sir /Madum,

I am a resident of 63, Sardar Patel Timber Market, Ghat Road, Nagpur - 440003, A Cement Road Construction is going on across my house in my area & the engineer & the contractor has blocked the entrance of my house since more than a week & also has constructed the footpath more than a feet higher than the entry gate of my house which has caused a permanent blockage of entry of my 4-wheeler as well as 2-wheelers in & out to my house. My question to you is

1) Is the road being constructed for the benefit of the public or for causing havoc in public life????
2) Are the engineers appointed by the NMC/CONTRACTOR not skilled enough to find a solution to this problem?
3) Who's going to solve this problem if not NMC?
4) Why should anyone spend his hard earned money in these pandemic times on the problems caused by the NMC Personals??? As a regular Tax-Payer, my question to you is, Why should NMC not take care of all the expenses caused due to their negligence???

Please this problem immediately so that we can resume our daily routine diligently.

By this complaint I bring to your kind notice that one of my neighbour Mr Venkatesh Raju Naidu is in possession of land bearing City Survey no. 1068 Mouza; Sitabuldi, Nagpur. Pin Code: 440001.

Aforesaid land bearing City Survey no. 1968 is a Nazul land and was owned by Raju Naidu and presently owned by his legal heirs Venkatesh Naidu and his two sisters named Vijaya and Sudha

Venkatesh Naidu is aware that the Nazul land bearing City Survey no. 1968 is leased out to him by the Nazul department. Still in gross defiance of the spirit of lease and law, Venkatesh Naidu is in the process of constructing a six storey complex without permission from the Nazul department.

With the new construction in progress even now, it is not known whether he has obtained permission for a construction which defies the FSI and the marginal distance as well. It is also not known whether he is now paying additional tax for this construction.

I implore your goodself to kindly consider my complaint in right perspective and do justice to it.

Their is open plot near Rukhamini Sabhagruha Hudkeshwar Road . Plot has a open water tank causing too much mosquito issues in nearby area. Requesting you to either spread a mosquito prevention liquid or need help to talk to owner to close the tank.
Due to heavy rain in area its causing a lot of issue.
Also Drainage cover is open near open plot.

Please take action as soon as possible to avoid deceases.

I am a resident of Modern Housing Society Pratap Nagar, Nagpur. Lately there are too many street dogs in the area and sime of them are really aggressive towards people and their belongings. There have been missing shoes and slippers, torn seat covers of two wheelers. The aggressive dogs ( specifically a black female ) run behind people, even tore their clothings and are really very aggressive towards people like walking their dogs. They have even bitten some of the stray dogs who had to be further treated. I request you to please take care of some specific dogs here in this area who could be a major threat to anyone around.

I am a resident of Hudco Colony, Jaripatka, Nagpur -14. Today morning, a stray dog suddenly attacked a woman, who was strolling with her pet dog.. She was quite afraid when the stray dog bit her hands. In the afternoon as well, the dog attacked some other lady. Thankfully she was bitten by the dog and could get away... Residents are scared to go out of their homes... Please look into the issue and help us!

I am vishal Gupta residents of durgiya road behind Shanti Bhavan dharmshala Sadar Nagpur -440001 want to draw your attention that gutter is overflow hence gutter sewage floating in our locality. This sewage has been dump on the roadside, which is creating pollution and smell very bad, people don’t want to cross from this road.
The gutter sewage the locality start circulating the bad smell and similarly due to this concern mosquito start flying around the area of dirt .
Everyone know world already suffering of this pandemic situation of Covid -19 & now this dirt making fear between all local residential of malaria disease.
Malaria disease transmitted by the bite of mosquito Hence i requesting you please look into this serious concern & take the action to clear this gutter sewage & stop the overflow of water which will provide the relief to all local residential.
