Sir/Madam,

My name is Nachiket Amte, as per above subject i had done online transaction to nmc, nagpur property tax payment through bill desk payment gateway of amount Rs. 2385/-.
Date of transaction 27/06/2021
Time 07.27 pm.

The amount is deducted from my account but receipt not generated and tax shows still due. Please help me for this weather transaction is fail or any other technical problem.
Please find the attachment of screenshot after payment. Please file a complaint regarding refund or make due clear as amount is deducted from my account

Sir hamare area mai Pani nhi Ara 2 din se plzz provide water supply .

The drainage system at Gawande Layout, Snehnagar, Infront of ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank is choked leading to drainage water retention on the Road. The matter was reported to the Water Works department and it is found that this is related with PWD / Health Department of NMC, Nagpur.

From the last two weeks the gutter line of the back side of my residence is chocked due to the same my well water has been spoiled from last two years in rainy seasons. Please do the needful to avoid health problems in such pendamic condition

Description of Problem: Sweeper do not sweeps right hand side road of Ramehwari road starting point of Ajni police station and only sweeps and collect the litters from the left hand side of the Ramsheari Road. Asking him to sweep on right hand side, he asked us to sweep and speek false language and argues.
Solution: Request to sweep right hand side of the rameshwari road also till chandramani nagar nalla as the smart watch provided by NMC does not reflect the left and right hand side sweeping, so sweeper takes advantage of that.

Stray dogs create a lot of menace in our building.F-16 Tejashree apartment, Laxmi Nagar.They even come inside and get our footwear, garbage etc. We have kids in our building because of which we cannot let our kids play.Many dogs have diseases and they maybe infectious. Please look into it urgently.

I am resident of Narendra nagar near Gajanan mandir. Recently the increase in number of stray dogs in this area is troubling the on road passing people. There is golden brown colored stray dog who is attacking people walking and on vehicles in this lane. We request you to please come and pick this dog. They are harmful to people especially children and elderly people.

I saty at RBI Colony K T Nagar, near NIT GARDENS, KATOL ROAD.
The garbage collection team at my door step says that they wont take the garbage if it is inside the premises of any house. So everyday we take it out today due to some delay we kept it just beside the gate inside the premises. But they refused to take it saying put it outside. But from another house they took it from inside the house premises. And i dont understand that why this discrimination. I wanted to tell that fellow something but i chose to register a complaint instead. I want to know why the rules are different for everyone.

I., Mr. Rajkumar parteki. My complaint about sewer line which was blocked last 5 days and it stink a lot. I complaint to local nmc servant namely, Santosh who take care my areas. Santosh sent 2 servant for service but they told me that major problem is there. And no action has been taken yet. It almost impossible to sit in my house. Plz look into the matter as it will lead to deasease because of dirt and stink. We need to escalate this matter at higher level if no action is taken

I am facing this issue from last 1 year the lady is throughing the waste food on the road in front of my house and after telling her so many times she is not lisning please I want the help from government now.

Waha pe pan shop, matan shop, etc ne atikraman kr k rakha hai jiske chalte raste Se aane Jane me mahilo ko kafi pareshani ka samna krna padta hai. Waha k pan shop me faltu k log khade rahekr aati jati ladies ko ashlil words use kr comment pas krte hai, jisse mahilao ka raste se aana jana mushkil ho gaya hai . Kal hi waha k pan shop owner ne bhi mahila ne usse shikayat krne par unse battamiji krna shuru kr di.
Plz jald Se jald bapuna wine shop k pas ka atikraman permanent hatane ki krupa kre taki colony wasiyo ko pareshani ka shikar na hona pade.

Hello,
Out house sewer line is choked since last 12 days and it stinks a lot. A complaint was filed 12 days back in the NMC office but no action has been taken yet.
It's almost impossible to sit in our house. Please look into the matter as it will lead to disease because dirt and stink. And in this Covid pandemic time it is way to risky for everyone.
We need to escalate this matter at higher level if action is not taken.

It has been observed that no one is coming to clean the surroundings of my area such as area infront of houses and near the divider side. There has been alot of garbage accumulation.I request you to please consider this and respond asap.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are facing several issues including traffic congestion and air pollution caused by illegal roadside shops.
An unauthorised road-side Golgapa shop, idli wada shop is run at one corner of the road morning and evening with his customers blocking the 30ft road to our premises. Also the smoke coming out of the stove causes suffocation and great deal of inconvenience. The vendor and his customers are spreading filth on the road and never lets a car pass by.
Also, they left waste water and other waste on main connection water tank supply of area. Due to this we received bad water from water line.

This is making it impossible to drive through the roads.

Despite several attempts asking to move out the shops, they are reluctant and challenges us to file complaint if we wish to. Please do the needful and help us with removing the encroachments.
