Dear sir/mam
I received challan of my property tax which is too multiple times more than old tax amount.
Old regular tax was rs.450/-
New got challan amount 17790x2 yrs more than rs.35000.
So i have complaint 2-3 times with applications with old tax documents. After 2 application engineer have re-measured my house/property to revise tax amount as per construction since 2 months.
But till today i didn't got revised corrected challan slip' (As per said in nmc nagpur office), nor revised on online tax page.
So request you to revise it as per my locality rules.

Dear sir/madam,
I am residing at pushpadaya apartment, bhupesh nagar, anant bargain, nagpur-440013. We are facing a problem that, our neighbour planted bamboo trees in his resident. These bamboo trees as due to bigger know, entered in our flats and waste felt in our flat premises, also facing problem of mosquito due to these trees, which is very unsafe and we are not able to keep our area clean and safe.

Illegal hawker is set up in front of Tijare's hospital, Satyam towers building, Ganesh Dham, Hudkeshwar road, Nagpur -34. Hawker causes difficulty for patients to park there vehicles. As the hawker is in corner it also made the area accident prone. Hawker did not remove even after many requests. Please remove this hawker as early as possible. Thanks

Since long cover of manhole provided for rain water draining is damaged & in accident pro condition at colony road of 5th layout jaiprakash nagar needs urgent action. Thanks. Similarly during heavy rains rain water do not pass & catchment so formed restricts citizens to come out of their homes. Similarly due to regular non cleaning of road sides huge garbages accumulated. No one from nmc is taking cognigence inspite of several complaints.

There is a very dirty open channel in our locality which has not been cleaned and taken care since months. Thus is leading to misquotes and hence sickness. People throw garbage from their houses too in this channel. Kindly take care of it. My suggestion is to clean it and cover it permanently so we take in fresh air and hence avoid sickness.

In the shantinagur area in the fornt of murnali enterprises besid deshi daru bhati there is road on which some outsider park there vechiles regurlay and block the complete road to go . And when we tell them to dont park here ur school bus etc they threat us ... and argue ... kindly request to u pls pls come here and take some legel action them
.. we are respective peopel o[censored]r city . And we are highly disturbed by them ..

On beltarodi road, besides lohar samaj mangal karyalaya, there is this scrap business owner operating illegally.. He has encroached the area around the road and his workers are seen having alcohol in public space. Also due to excess scrap on illegally held land.. The road on left side has become a virtual dump. The public road has become a dangerous place with the presence of goons who give looks to locals. Neglecting this would end up into a dangerous situation. Hence i request nagpur municipal corporation to get rid of these illegal encroachments on beltarodi road near lohar samaj sabhagruha.

Street dog problem
There are various street dogs roaming in our area and barking at the night. Please do the needful...
A huge number of dogs are posing a risk to kids and local residents here... They are distracting in mid night... And most importantly they are infected and can bite any one on the roads causing rabies to them... Kindly give your attention and do the needful. Mobile no [protected]

I'm resident of 62, sai ganraj appartment sarvasati nagar, manewada ring road, nagpur, in just beside my building there is open plot where the adjoining flat holder shive appartment, put the all garbage from their home (Including senetory nepkin to wet weste of the home) they do not use any garbage collection vehicle to put waste. By thems act we suffering mosquito and bad odor all the time. So please do action against them or do the needful which is appropriate.

I am mr. Ashootosh mandpe, a resident of nit plot no.9, nagsen nagar presently in mangalwari zone, nagpur would like to bring to your notice that from last ten years the plots in our neighbor are being vacant and no construction has been done there till date. As per the rules of nit, the plot owner needs to construct a structure within three years of their ownership, however, no such construction has been done there; resulting which the residents in our neighborhood dispose of their wastes in these open plots. After repeated complaints to nit and municipal corporation, no action has been taken either about the construction on the plots or about the effective waste management. I had registered complaints on swachhata app and has also applied for rti regarding the ownership of the vacant nit plots and herewith attaching the copy of the same.
Sir, i request you to please look into our problem because the garbage is creating harmful flies and causing health issues to the residents in our area.

In addition to that there are many stray dogs in our locality which create a lot of noise pollution during night hours and due to their haphazard roaming on roads has resulted in small accidents too.

Looking forward to your probe into this matter.

Today i went for medical examination at radiance hospital, c. A road, nagpur. I was asked for urine sample and henceforth i used the toilet over there for the same, but the toilet over there was in horrible condition, no one was bothered as i complained about it. No hygiene was maintained. Its was in the worst condition with all comod were clogged n complete room was so unhygienic.

Two day ago i found one city bus (Star bus) which running on hingna road where the sharp metalic rod is pulling down from rear side of the bus.
It continuesly moving updown and leftright.. As you know due to metro work the traffic of hingna road is soo high..in that condition people drive their vehicles in close with each other where this rod is coming outside from the bus.. It is very harmfull for people of our city.. Soo plz take corrective action against these.

A man named dushrath rakas is dumping cow dung in center of ground of old bidipeth nagpur which leads growth of mosquitos like dengue and other diseases some of civilians had complained before but he is not listening now it’s your responsibility to remove that stack of dung or to fine him
So please take the necessary action as early as possible and give us the relief

Online payment was made on[protected] using internet banking (Icici bank). Total amount debited from my icici savings account : rs.432.90 (Rs. 427.00 bill amount+5.90 internet banking charges including tax). At the end of payment, while going back to ocw site, received the following error message:
"proxy error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request post /webdynpro/resources/sap.com/home~pyres/paymentresponse.

Reason: error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.15 (Red hat) server at portal. Ocwindia.com port 443"

Please note that amount of rs. 432.90 has been debited from my savings account. Following is the entry in the account statement
"06-sep-18 bil/onl/[protected]/billdesk/nmcwwd-n dr. 432.90".

Dear sir,
It is brings kind notice to you that wastage & garbage of cow dung scattered in our society because of mr pande residence of kolbaswami colony who made cowshed near by main road and spreading litter around he has encroachment the area of public utility which is property of nmc also capture kolbaswami colony transformer house (11/440kv db station) that is too risky and dangerous for human being
We had lot of complaints to nmc/ spnco before that but didnt taken any action him
Sir we attached some photograph of that area and requested to do strictly action in this regards

R/sir, i sanjay, i go to your office dharampeth zone no. 2, (Gokulpeth market) office. Regarding of death certificate correction. Mere mummy ke death certificate mein father / mummy ka surname mein galat aa gaya tha. To mein vaha correction karneke liye gaya, unhone muze vibhagiya adhikari (Mr. Dindayal tembhurnekar mob. [protected]) inse milneke liye gaya, unko meine ghat copy aur death certificate copy dikhaya. Ghat copy pe surname barabar tha. Lekin death certificate pe galat surname tha. Meine unse kaha aapke office ke tarafse galti hui hai. Ye correct karva do to, maine naya form bhar rakha tha. Lekin unhone saaf inkar kar diya unhone muze affidavit laneko kaha lekin hamare tarafse koi galti hi nahi thi to kis baat ka affidavit du. To unhone muze rough language mein kaha ki affidavit laoge to hi tumhare death certificate surname change honga aur unhone muzse kaha ki mere alava ye koi nahi karega tumko jis ke paas jana hai to jao. Affidavit laoge to surname change honga nahi to nahi hoga. Tumko court mein jaana hai to court mein jao ya aur kisi ke paas jao, tumko jo karna hai karo, tumko jisko complaint karna hai karo. Aisse adhikri aapke nmc department mein hai jo barabar baat bhi nahi karte hai, aur court mein janeki baat karte hai. Please nmc department ke aisse adhikari jo ki public ki seva ke liye hai aur wo aissi rough langauage baat karte hai.

I live in awasthi nagar mangalwari zone.in my area street lights are not working since last few days. Our exact complaint location is between awasthi square to zingabai takli ring road. There is so much chances of accidents àt busiest time of road in night. Please take action as soon as possible.

Hi, i am from surendra gadh bajrang chowk.in this area, garbej collection employee (Krm) doesn't working properly. They collect only 2 or 3 days in a month or leave many homes to visit and they demand money from every home for regular visit. No one is available to clean primeses, they come rarely only when they need money. Kindly please take action for proper service.
